Arrived as scheduled. The Tech, Joe M. Was excellent; he answered all my questions with explanations. This was for a yearly preventative visit. Tate, Connor and Artie installed a new furnace. There were definitely a few hiccups but in the end it all turned out well. My AC stopped working on Wednesday July 29th. I called at about 2:40 pm and by 3:30, the service guy ( I think his name is Drew) was there to try to fix it. Getting a service technician to your house in under an hour is amazing. He tried for hours to determine the problem. He finally determined the fan assembly needed to be replaced. He was not able to get any temporary fix to work, so the house stayed warm until the new furnace was installed on Monday August 3rd. My furnace and AC were installed by Square One 17 years ago and were top of the line Bryant Evolution. It's sad that they don't last like they used to. .

First met with co-owner Steve, who was very thorough on capturing my needs and creating an estimate. The technicians who performed the install (Tate, Connor, Qais and Reed) were great. They showed up on time, were very polite and considerate, and worked hard to get everything done and cleaned up in a timely manner. I’m very pleased with the service and personnel employed by Square One. After the crew was packed up and left, I noticed a small glitch with the new thermostat. I left a message for Square One and they called back first thing in the morning. Co-owner Steve personally came out that morning and diagnosed & fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Square One is fantastic!  We were recently hit by the bad storm in Lake Geneva and our AC was knocked out.  Lee came out right away and knowing we were going to need a new condenser he and his team - Tate, Conner and Jeremy - got us up and running with a new unit very quickly. My A/C went out on a Thursday, they inspected it on Friday. I needed a whole new unit installed and they were able to do it all by Saturday, before a 95 degree week! Neil and Jeremy did a great job and completely cleaned everything before they left, not to mention they are normally closed on Saturday.
