Square One has been my go to when my old furnace needed servicing. When it came time for a new furnace and a/c unit I called them. Jon came by today to check my furnace and A/C, and he couldn’t have been nicer. He did a thorough inspection of both units and took the time to explain what he was checking and testing along the way.

After he finished, he provided a summary along with a 22-point checklist showing everything that had been checked. I appreciated the time he took to answer questions and explain his work.

We have been using Square One since we had them put in a new AC Heating unit over ten years ago. Every year we have them do the service to keep our unit functioning perfectly never having an issue. Every tech is knowledgeable, professional, thorough In answering every question we have had. Our last service was done by Jon M. And he was terrific, great guy.

JON was my service tech. He is usually the one that comes out.  Super nice gentleman.  Very knowledgable and helpful.  Doesn't try to charge you for things you don't need and makes sure he goes through everything with you.  It's a very good company.  And I rate Jon very highly!

I called Square One on a Thursday night after they were closed and they had a technician out to me the following morning. They were very timely and their prices are fair.

Arrived as scheduled. The Tech, Joe M. Was excellent; he answered all my questions with explanations. This was for a yearly preventative visit.
